MLK Day at the Beach + Martinelli’s!

A long holiday weekend could not have come at a better time for us!
We were coming off a few weeks with all of us being so sick at our house,
and just barely starting to feel a little better (though Reagan was still just
on day three of her antibiotic for pneumonia + ear infections…) so we wanted
to get some fresh air, but not go too far. We decided to head to the beach for
some sea air, sunshine and a little break. Chase rode his bike down to the coast,
and I drove Reagan while she took a morning nap. Since she was asleep I took a
few detours to see some towns and areas I had never been to! At the end we drove
down to see the Martinelli factory and sample all of their flavors. It was a fun day
off, and gave us just the extra break we needed going into a new week ahead.
Stopping through Felton for the first time! ^^
Seeing the Covered Bridge there ^^
Passed by the steam train which we want to take into Santa Cruz soon! ^^
We decided to set up at Seabright Beach, one we love!
Part of it is having some improvement done on the Twin Lakes Beach
side, but it’s still a great setting with the harbor, lighthouse and beach.
Loved getting this sweet sick girl some fresh sea air!
Dada arriving by bike! ^^
Always have to walk out to the pretty lighthouse here!
Exploring with Dada ^^
Our last stop of the day was at the Martinelli Headquarters / Factory in Watsonville!
It is too cute – and you can do free tastings of all of their sparkling cider flavors!
Guess who loved the tasting the most…
This girl :)
Cheers to MLK Day and the beautiful Bay!

What were your favorite Martinelli’s flavors?
love their pure sparkling apple juice, sparkling white grape, apple pomegranate, and loved prickly pear but it’s only sold there and not in stores!
