flank steak marinade
this marinade is made by chase’s mom & sister for so many family dinners that we have…i fell in love with it the first time i tried and have been lucky to have it a lot of times since! most family sunday dinners when we are in town we get to have this, and this marinade is why it’s so good!
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 clove garlic
1/2 large onion
This is best used with tri-tip or flank steak (amounts are X every pound of meat so you’ll need to up them based on meat amount).
Blend ingredients and pour into ziploc bag or sealable container. Put meat in and coat, then refrigerate for at least a few hours, turning once or twice, and up to one day.
