After our fun NYC week, we rented a car and headed up the Connecticut coast to stop through the charming towns along the way up the Long Island Sound. I’ve always wanted to see this area and never have! It seems similar to the area

Strolling through Central Park was the definite highlight of New York this time with little Rea. It’s pretty much always my favorite part of the city, (isn’t it everyone’s?) but it felt even more perfect with the spring weather & blossoms, and a little toddler

I don’t think I’ve ever spent an entire week in New York City. Usually we plan 2-5 day trips here and pack a lot in, because A) it’s expensive, and B) it’s a little overwhelming and can be better in small doses for me :)
