Fall visit to Utah for Ginny’s 90th and Conference

This couldn’t have been a more special visit to Salt Lake. We came in for just a few days but packed so many special memories in! Chase had work meetings in Utah a few days before the girls and I were booked, so he took Wells with him and left him with my cute mom while he worked. So sweet for them to have a little father son trip! Rea and Claire and I flew in Friday and I dropped the kids with Chase’s cute parents, and went straight downtown to my grandma Ginny’s 90th birthday party! It was the most special and perfect evening celebrating the most special and perfect grandma. Couldn’t have loved it more, down to every detail. Every grandchild was there, and stood up to tribute our Gram totaling 90 reasons that we love her combined. We sang a few of her favorite songs she has taught us, and just soaked up all the love in the room. The next night we did a party at the park (on her actual birthday) with all the great grandkids which was also so fun to do and see all of her posterity!
The weekend somehow had even more meaning with getting to attend our church’s General Conference and hear my Dad speak for the first time. He gave an amazing talk and we’ll never forget being in the audience for it. Love our times in Utah and this was full of so much meaning! Grateful we could be there for it all…and see the fall colors in between :) xo
