Florida in the Fall

We’ve aways liked to travel back East in the fall…it’s such a pretty & charming time of year in NYC,
Connecticut, Virginia, etc! This fall we also flew East, but to a different kind of place – balmy Florida!
Even though we didn’t have crunchy fall leaves and apple cider on this October trip, we traded
those out for sun, humidity, thunderstorms, pool time, and DISNEY WORLD! It was a fun
little relaxing getaway for our little family. It was the perfect place to go with a newborn and toddler,
because we could just hang out at the resort and take it easy. One day at Disney World was so perfect,
and the rest felt like an actual vacation which we rarely do. Good thing kids force you to slow down while
traveling, especially during newborn nursing phase. We loved this time together and soaked up the
memories made! We stayed at the Marriott Orlando World Center huge resort and it was a party!Boarding the flight! It was nice to have a direct to Orlando, although seriously
flying from the West Coast to the East Coast feels SO long. I don’t know why!
Luckily both girls did so great -Reagan napped for a lot of the flight there because it
was right during the afternoon, and Claire was the sweetest as usual! We’re in a rare
easy phase for flying with kids, since Reagan gets it now and likes it, and C is just a chill newborn!
Already totally enchanted just at the Orlando Airport haha ^^
Morning run view on the resort property ^^
Hotel room views and Mickey pancakes for breakfast…living the life ;)
Pasty white pool time :)
Chase was so excited for the huge slide haha, look at that form :)
Reagan and I were laughing so hard watching him go over and over again!
He got me to try it once too – haha.
Matching sisters hanging on the hotel bed!
R really is the best big sister. Hope she stays so loving to Claire bear forever!
^^ She wanted a picture by this sign every day :)
Pool tricks with dad! Even on just one week-long trip, she got even more
comfortable in the water than all of her swim lessons. She was so confident by the end!
The fun dad squirting R with the water toy :)
Claire being as chill as always, best baby!
Someone loved the hotel breakfast buffet …haha favorite pic ^^
Most beautiful, warm nights that we soaked up .. especially still being on CA time
we could stay up a little later and enjoy poolside dinners, the light show, and watch
the Disney fireworks outside our window before going to bed. Loved our nights here!
Evening swims ^^
Soaked up plenty of this view!
Late night strolls + watching the fireworks in her sun hat- haha
Exhausted after Disney and our fun swimming days!
Hugging Mickey goodbye at the airport, and picking out her Disney toy :)
Bye Florida, thanks for the magic!!
