Simple protein pancakes

We love these simple pancakes with healthy ingredients!
You’d never guess they turn into pancakes, but they are packed with protein
from the cottage cheese and eggs. Just throw these 3 ingredients in the blender,
then pour the batter onto a griddle just like regular pancakes.


  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 4 eggs

    Blend well until it’s a smooth batter, top with fruit, pure maple syrup, almond butter, anything!
    This amount will feed 2-3 people.

  • 2 (20g each) scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 large very ripe banana
  • ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
